So yeah, I made The Intentional Hours to trap myself into focus time with other humans.
Like you, I juggle quite a few life’s responsibilities and while I believe I can get them done at home, I rarely do. I’ve married my love of aesthetics, my need for ADHD body doubling and my background in holistic wellness to create the ultimate get shit done day.
