Intentional Hours x Common Ground

The Intentional Hours

Work with focus. Connect with intention. Leave restored.

Join me for The Intentional Hours — a curated coworking session that blends productivity with presence.

This isn’t just about getting things done. It’s about creating space to work well and feel well.

What to Expect:

  • Connect (25 min): Arrive, grab your coffee or tea, and set your intentions with light networking and conversation.

  • Focus (3 hours): Dive into your deep work alongside community. We’ll flow in structured sprints with short stretch breaks at the end of each hour.

  • Reset (30 min): Close with contrast therapy (alternating between hot + cold environments to boost circulation, reduce stress, and refresh your energy) , breath, or a walk so you leave not just productive, but grounded.

Who It’s For:

  • Entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals craving connection in doses

  • People who want accountability to get work done and take care of themselves

  • Anyone ready to work smarter, breathe deeper, and leave feeling lighter

Why Join?

Because your time matters. The Intentional Hours helps you:

  • Get things done with three full hours of distraction-free deep work

  • Meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to talk for hours

  • Reset your energy so you head into your week focused, not fried

Thanks to our community partners, this event is free to attend, but with limited space — just RSVP and show up with your laptop, your to-do list, and your best intentions.

Our Venue Partner: Common Ground

Because let’s be real — vibes matter.

That’s why The Intentional Hours is partnering with Common Ground in Norton Commons, a space that already feels like a deep breath wrapped in coffee and community. It’s where cozy couches meet big ideas, where your latte fuels your laptop, and where showing up with intention just… makes sense.

Common Ground isn’t just the backdrop, it’s part of the experience:
☕️ Caffeine + comfort = the unofficial sponsors of productivity
🌱 A setting that feels curated but not stuffy
👋 Built-in community energy

We’re so grateful to host here — because when the space is this good, all you have to do is show up, plug in, and let the structure carry you. Basically, Common Ground is where productivity and presence finally decided to date — and we’re here for it.

Light Bites by Blondie’s + Jim’s

At Blondie’s & Jim’s Bistro, every meal tells a story—a story of family, community, and a commitment to nourishing the body and soul. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of her parents and grandmothers, owner Tonya Godsey-Lowe created the bistro to honor her roots while embracing a fresh, health-conscious approach to Southern cuisine.

Be sure to check out their happy hour from 2 pm - 6 pm.

Tea by Fleur de Tea

For Jasmine Gatti, tea isn't just a drink—it's a lifelong passion. It started with her grandmother's daily cup of Lipton tea and grew into a personal journey of discovery. While friends chose coffee, Jasmine explored the endless variety of flavors and possibilities in the world of tea. This personal story is the foundation of Fleur De Tea, a place where that same sense of curiosity and love for tea is shared with every guest.

OUR RESET PARTNER : RECOVER WELL

Because let’s be real — productivity is only half the story.

That’s why The Intentional Hours is teaming up with Recover Well in Norton Commons, the spot that proves recovery can be just as powerful (and chic) as hustle. They’re the final stop for your nervous system: hydration station on deck, and an exclusive reset upgrade just for our crew — $20 contrast sessions (normally $70).

Recover Well isn’t just an add-on, it’s part of the ecosystem:
🧊🔥 Hot + cold therapy that clears brain fog and boosts circulation
💧 Hydration that keeps your energy steady (not crashy)
🌬 A reminder that your body deserves as much care as your calendar

We’re so hyped to have them on board — because deep work feels better when it ends in deep recovery. Basically, Recover Well is where grind culture goes to detox — and we’re here for it.

Every experience I create — facials, events, or storytelling — is a love letter to transformation, joy, and making you the main character.

From intentional skin care to community pop-ups to destination storytelling, my work always circles back to one thing: helping people feel seen, connected, and celebrated in spaces they want to return to.
